Vadim joined Bright Capital in 2011. He serves as the CEO of Bright Capital Seed Fund and a Partner of Bright Capital focusing on CleanTech deal sourcing and business development of portfolio companies in Russia and globally.

Vadim has more than 20 years of profound experience of working with start-ups and entrepreneurs and track record of successful fundraisings with various Russian and International venture funds and financial institutions (e.g. EBRD).

Vadim graduated from Bauman State Technical University with major in engineering.
