Seasoned investment professional with more than 8 years of broad-based financing experience and proven track record of successful international venture deals, equity transactions, merges and acquisitions, distressed buyouts in a wide range of industries including agriculture, metals & mining, real estate, renewable energy, biofuels, energy efficiency and others.

Prior to joining Bright Capital in April 2011 Stepan was engaged in strategic advisory assignments, public markets and M&A deals with ING Bank NV Corporate finance department (2010-2011) and cross-border M&A transactions with high-profile investment boutique Noble House Capital (2008-2010).

In 2008 Stepan graduated from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO University), major in international finance.
