Artem Shirokov is a General Counsel of Bright Capital Group, he joined the company from the start and focuses on funds and international Venture Capital and Private Equity deals at all stages from origination till exit.  

Starting from September 2014 Artem holds the position of General Counsel of Bright Capital concurrently with acting as CEO for Bright Capital Advisors LLC, a Moscow-based consulting wing of Bright Capital.

Prior to joining Bright Capital, Artem held various positions in major International and Russian legal consulting firms. Attorney at law, member of Moscow City Bar Association.
