Anzhelika Rogacheva is an Associate Partner / CFO / COO with Bright Capital.

Formerly Anzhelika worked as a Partner with Kazakhstan Growth Fund, a $125-million private equity fund. Before joining the Kazakhstan Growth Fund, Anzhelika was a Head of Investment Funds Department at Kazyna Capital Management, a $500 million Fund of Funds.

Earlier in her career, Anzhelika spent 4 years as a Head of Project Finance and Venture Capital Department at National Innovation Fund. She served on the board of directors of numerous portfolio companies and venture capital funds. 

Anzhelika graduated with honours from University Osnabrueck (Germany), University of Derby (Derbyshire Business School, UK) as a DAAD and Socrates-scholar and holds PhD degree in Economics.
